“I believe that health is not just the absence of disease but attaining and maintaining a balanced milieu. It is important to look at daily habits, family history, family interactions, nutrition, school-related stressors and changing or improving one or some of these to help prevent and/or treat ill health. I love interacting with babies and children; they are honest, direct, affectionate, funny and forgiving. There are so many new and exciting advances in neuroplasticity, microbiome in our gut, immunity, neurodiversity, and I like to incorporate this information as much as possible in my approach to promoting health and treating illness.”
